Plating Finish
To save the sense of hitting the golf ball, we perform
bronze plating on its base and nickel-chrome plating or
W nickel plating on the surface. Because of a softer
sense of hitting the golf ball, there are also SWs with
non-plated face.
Sand Blast
The score line part is visually clarified by blasting fine
sand on the masked face part.
Coloring
After applying color to the carved part and going
through final product inspection, it is completed as a
head. It is a high-precision forged head with only 0.5g
of error from the design values.
- Casting
1. Shoot wax into the frame.
2. Take out the hardened wax shape.
3. Attach the inlet to the hardened
wax shape and connect multiple
hardened wax shapes as if leaves
are attached to a branch.
4. Dip it in watered clay dough for
ceramics.
5. Apply heat-resistant sand on
the bundle dipped in dough. Repeat
step 4 and 5 until it is completed in
the form of a shell.
6. Melt wax from the shell-shaped
frame by applying heat. Then, apply
heat with gas flames to completely
melt off the remaining wax.
7. Attach the melted molten
method in the space where wax
has come out from.
8. Take off the shell-shaped frame
from the molten metal inlet.
9. Cut it off from the stem and
crack the outer sand frame. Then,
apply the finishing touches.
10. It becomes the finished product.
